Two saxes, Sanders and Gary Bartz, Woody Shaw on Trumpet, Lonnie Liston Smith at the piano setting the arrangements. Sanders plays eight instruments. Eight musicians in all appear in the credits, everyone adding percussion. Overlooked spiritual jazz masterpiece, carnivalesque polyrhythms and inspired free jazzers seeking transcendence. Belongs near the top of the spiritual jazz canon.
